Our ISC Factory

Our factory is located in eastern China in the city of Jiaxing, just half an hour from Shanghai. This factory was established there in 2007 for its beneficial geographical location, as well as the Chinese culture that contributes to our own philosophy and company.

Thanks to our passion for high quality, beautiful products, our parent company IKC has managed to build a positive reputation worldwide. IKC is now a leading play corners specialist, offering interactive game systems and everything you need for indoor playgrounds.

We hope to create an equally great experience for our customers here at ISC.

Choice of materials

All of our materials are of high quality, this choice is based on the idea that only the best raw materials can be used to produce a perfect product.

Our products are made with FSC certified beech wood as well as MDF fibreboard, which ensures the end product feels warm and solid. Our play concepts are painted with a water-resistant, antibacterial and scratch resistant lacquer.

The manufacturing process

Once the products have the right shape, they are traditionally screen-printed. This method ensures that all products are of high quality and feel pleasant to the touch.

The products are then sprayed with colours. This is done inside special spray booths where paint particles can be collected to prevent them from ending up in the environment.

The products are checked for their safety and possible flaws before they are packaged. Our packaging is designed in a way that the products cannot be damaged during transport from the factory to their final destination.

Our corrugated cardboard is of high quality and can be reused by both ISC and our customers. We use a minimal amount of plastic in our packaging, and recycle as much as possible.

Traditional silkscreen printing

The prints that you find on ISC products have been especially created by our ISC Designers so they can be easily printed onto our products using the silkscreen printing method.

This classic sixteenth century technique originates from Japan, and is done by hand by our silkscreen printing specialists.
