The BRYM Table software
The BRYM Table software has been specially developed to entertain elderly of any age. The games are recognizable and will hopefully help bring back nice memories. This play concept not only creates a fun and cozy atmosphere, but also helps keep their mind up to scratch.
Before we launched this interactive table, it was extensively tested by real people in various elderly homes! Thanks to this precious feedback, we have improved the software even more, and made it more user friendly.
Available games
Our ISC Studio has been working hard on this interactive BRYM Table for the past year. The final software now contains 16 games to choose from, including classics such as bingo, chess and solitaire (patience) to name a few.
The games are easy to play, and each have different levels of difficulty to ensure they are intriguing to a broad target group. Aside from playing together or against each other, the players can also easily use this table independently if they want to, including the option to play against the computer.
Bingo
‘BINGOOO!!!’
This popular phrase has been heard in the halls of retirement homes for years.
This family game surely brings back memories for many of us. Bingo originates from the game Lotto, which has been played in Italy since 1530. In Dutch, this game is also known as 'kienen', which is derived from the French word 'quine' (five), referring to its five rows and columns.
Chess
Chess is all about strategy; one move can change the game!
This game is a battle between black and white pieces. By taking turns, the players can eliminate their opponent by trying to checkmate their opponent’s king.
Mind games like these are not only geat for entertainment, but also help challenge the mind to stay active and fit!
Ludo
Remember this game?
This game is known to cause a bit of annoyance in some its players, hence the Dutch name 'mens-erger-je-niet' (man, don't be irritated).
Fortunately, most times this game brings out good sportsmanship and great sociability. Certain game situations will surely provide some hilarious moments!

In addition to well-functioning software and fun games, the interactive table is of course also very practical and durable. That is why all our touch screens are:

The flat, borderless display prevents buildup of dust in nooks and corners - Extremely strong and durable
The gaming systems have a capacitive touchscreen with hardened waterproof glass. This means that dirt on the screen does not affect the touch capacity and that the top of the screen is splashproof and the screen is vandal-proof. - Suitable for playing with several elderly people at the same time
The screen has ten independent touch points. This Multi Touch option allows up to 4 players to play at the same time. - Energy efficient
The screens have improved energy efficiency and therefore low consumption. - Easy to install
