Your privacy is very important to internationalseniorconcepts.fr. We therefore adhere to the privacy law. This means that your information is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we at ISC.fr do with information we receive from you.

1. Online forms and Newsletter

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.

For this we use your phone number, name and address. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until we know for certain that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in case of follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to become even better.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. It contains news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

Your email address will automatically be added to the list of subscribers. This information will be kept until you cancel your subscription.

2. Advertising

We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this:

  • by email
  • on social media
  • through Google Ads

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each letter explains how to do this. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

Our website displays advertisements. We see if people like them and use that information to improve our future advertisements and offers.

3. Providing to third parties

We work with certain companies to ensure that your order is handled properly. If necessary, these companies will receive the above-mentioned personal data. With an agreement, we ensure that these companies handle your data safely and confidentially.

It is possible that partners work together with other parties to achieve an optimal result. In that case, they will ensure that their partners also handle the personal data confidentially.

With the exception of the partners, who support the proper handling of your information, we will under no circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police require it in case of suspicion of a crime).

If our website changes, we must of course also amend the privacy statement. Always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.

9. Filing a complaint

If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervising institution. This is called the Personal Data Authority.
